International Season 1984/85, Part 3


November

Rinus Michels started his second spell as Holland Manager with a loss vs. Austria. This also happened to be Erich Hof’s last match in charge of Austria.
Denmark defeated Republic of Ireland (3-0), while England demolished Turkey in an away match (8-0).
Portugal lost an important match at home vs. Sweden (1-3). Scotland defeated Spain (3-1) and France managed to beat Bulgaria with only a penalty kcik by Platini.
